Gimble going crazy

Phantom 3 standard it was wrecked ( the left controller stick quite working) when it powers up the camera is crooked but a calibration fixes that, i have went in and lined the flat head screw with the camera but it always goes back, but now when i power it on the camera spins and spins and jerks and says gimble overload, after five minutes it disconnects from the go app but keeps jerking around, looked all through YouTube and they all pointed towards the little set screw but its tight and lined up correct, and no recent upgrades, can anyone help

Had the same issue. Tried everything, ended up sending it back to DJI for repair. They fixed it under warranty, but ended up sending me a refurbished drone. Works fine.
