Gimbals question

hey I have a piece of tape or something that looks like a protective covering on my gamble right above the camera. It has a small yellow tab that you would think is there to pull off but I did not see anything in the instructions about removing it and I look and see many pics online with it there on some drones and not there on others? Any advice?

All I can tell you is mine has same tape and have used it since May. So your choice, I don't think it matters.

Ok so you are keeping yours in place then? Just didn't know if it degraded anything like a signal or anything else.

It's just a protective sticker, I peeled mine off.

You can remove all of the tape from the Phantom. None of it was meant to be left in place.
