Anyone had this problem with P3 A after last updates.
gimbal wheel does not pan camera up and down
C1 works ok moving camera forward and down tried re/calibration shows its outputs when moving wheel
Re/installed DJI go app checked camera/gimbal settings still no luck any help will be gladly received.
Update can move camera by press and hold on screen slider ?
App ver 3.1.28
AC ver 1.11.20
RC ver 1.9.3

Aynbody had this problem solved with there P3 A
Thanks

Try another remote controller calibration in DJI GO like this:

If that does not resolve the issue, then check the Gimbal Pitch Speed to make sure it's not set to 0 (or a very low value).

Thanks for your input tried this many times still no luck

Did you click finish after you finished calibrating the remote controller in DJI GO?

Yes did hit the finish tab msinger this only happened after updating all the software,

Mayby try having nothing set on c1 and c2,might make gimble wheel work again ? Then customize c1 and c2 if works
Tried this still no joy :(

Got a screenshot of your gimbal settings in DJI GO?

Tried relinking still no joy :(

Yip you not alone, lots of post on this in goggle search, most mention gimble wheel speed ,strange cause yours not on 0,some say try changing configuration, example your sreen pic on configuration 1.try on configuration 2 or 3 and see if works, mayby hold those 3 lines and roll back remote firmware ,still searching on this

Tried different configs just the same

Your gimbal settings looks fine. I don't think this will help, but did you try tapping "Reset Settings"?

It sounds like the only thing you haven't tried is downgrading (and then upgrading) the firmware.
