Gimbal tilt not working

Just got my Phantom 2 with H3-2D and put everything together. The gimbal powers up and self levels, but I am not able to tilt it via the lever on the controller. In fact, the controller and P2 weren't paired up and I had to sync them first.

I connected it to the Assistant software on my Mac and all of the firmwares are up to date.

Any ideas?

Reconnect to the Assistant Software and do an X1 Callibration. Then it should work fine. While you have it hooked up, I'd recalibrate the joysticks too. I don't remember which heading it will be under when you open the Assistant Software, but if I remember correctly it was the second from the left. You'll find it though, it's not diffulcult.
