Gimbal sticks

just flew my p4p for the first time today. With the drone facing away from me the right stick when I move it right the drone goes right and left it goes left but when I push the right stick up to go forward the drone goes up and I pull it back and the drone goes down. On the left stick when I push left or right the drone turns around like it is suppose to but when I push it up the drone goes forward and back it goes backwards. So can I make the right stick go forward and backward and left and right and the left stick make it turn and go up and down?

You can customize the sticks in the "Remote Controller Settings" --> "Stick Mode" section of DJI GO. Either select one of the three preset modes or choose "Custom" and set all of the stick positions yourself.

As above mode 2 is your friend, and I think the most popular,and most videos and comments will assume you are on mode 2.
