I'm trying to put my Gimbal on the Phantom 2.

When the Clear Retaining Pins are in the position DJI says, the rear of the Gimbal contacts the rear pin. After 2 hours I'm still struggling. I've had it apart, watched every video I can find, ran Searches... Should the rotation on the Z-axis hit the pin?

OK! After a few hours sleep back on the Web digging I found this setup where he used both pins in the front but... but... Looking at so many of the mount pictures here I see more wire ties/Zip ties that anything which I think is a better Idea.

I'll post the link for the assembly Part 1 https://www.rcgeeks.co.uk/blog/phantom-2-h3-3d-fpv-setup-guide-part-1.html

I just left the 2 rear pins out. As I see it they are just extra security should the rubber balls work loose. With the 2 front pins still in, the gimbal and gopro aren't dropping off mid flight and can easily be refixed on the ground should the worst happen. I really can't see the rubber balls working loose mid flight anyhow
