Got mine last week from quadcopters (great service from them) but also discussing with them how to get it replaced because it isn't working properly. Wish you good luck in getting a working unit.

It's on a P2, no idea what version it is, board came pre packed and sealed in the gimbal box not as a separate item.

Whats the problem with yours? Did it come with the interference board?

Are you putting on a Phantom 2 as it will not work on a 450/550/self build without a GCU which is not availabale yet.

Would be interested to know (when you get it) whether this is the newer V2 or the old original version.

Oh, and are Quadcopters shipping the interference board out with the gimbals as a matter of course?

v2 here ---> http://blog.flying-hobby.com/rc-news/new-products/dji-announcement-for-new-zenmuse-h3-3d

I spoke Quadcopters and they said that its not a proper V2 version. It just has the AV Video Output Board adapter which they says is worse as they don't charge the go pro if using Lightbridge (not like most could a afford it anyway!)
The interference board comes in the sealed box i've been told.

High frequency screech/buzzing/vibration when the gimbal is in certain positions, and crazy jello. I can fly the 3D land and then swap for the 2D with the same camera in exactly same conditions and get no jello, so it is all in this new gimbal. Mechanically there seems to be no issue.

From my experience playing around with a basecam 3 axis gimbal the symptoms make me think it is acting like the 3D zenmuse just hasn't had its gains set right at the factory.

Yes it arrived with the board.

Doesn't matter if the hdmi adapter charges it or not because the gimbal still powers the gopro anyway with the connector that connects to the back of the gopro. I did not receive any hdmi adapter with mine.

Thats the thing.. there is no power at the rear anymore looking at the picture?

There is on the one I received, video out through the gimbal and powers the camera via the backplate. The bottom 2 axis are exactly the same as the H3-2D including the connector for the ribbon cable.

Sorry - i meant the new supposed 'V2' version in the pic.

Which picture is this? would be interested to compare against my unit, far as I can tell V2 is a myth at the moment.

Good old DJI, confuse the customer as much as possible.

So now I understand why the lightbridge has 3 effective video inputs hdmi, av and gimbal HD. The V2 gimbal obviously routes a proper HD signal through the gimbal electronics to the lightbridge unit removing the need to have a separate hdmi cable dangling from the gimbal.

Just spoke to quadcopters non of there stock are v1.1 or v2 or anything other than the very first release. Returning mine due to the noise and vibration issue anyway.
