Hey,

When I got to try my brand new Phantom 3 Professional for the 2nd time, it unfortunately crashed. Everything seems to work fine, except for the gimbal that is not following any instructions.

I can still see through my iPad what the camera is looking at, but it can only look down and the wind change the direction of it when I fly. Is there anyone here that has the solution to my problem?

PS- I tried calibrating my camera through the iPad app, nothing worked.

There are two grey flat band connecting gimbal with P3. Check if they are sitting ok.

There is one part of it that looks a little bit damaged.

Can you take a pic and post it here?

Btw, it's likely you either have a bad connection, a broken wire in one of the two wire harnesses, or the flat cable is damaged.

Diffinately need a new ribbon cable, buy directly from dji. There has been a lot of cables bought cheap from eBay that did not work properly.
