Gimbal not leveled

OK so I'm not sure when that started to happen... Maybe when I updated the firmware or imu but even though I've since then recalibrated everything on even surface the gimbal if still about 10 degrees off. Every time.

Today I even manually adjusted the roll... It was fine for a bit then went back to slanted..!

Could this have anything to do with not being leveled when boring the quad up? Have you experienced this? What can I do to fix this?

Did imu cals many times including yesterday. Gimbal was off again and even manual adjustment didn't work.

Could it be that my quad wasn't leveled when I booted it and that cause the horizon issue? I usually fly at the beach so it's not leveled when I boot it up. Could that be it?
