Hello community ..

I have a dron phantom 3 Pro with firmware 1.11.20, When I turn on the dron the gimbal is positioned wrong, watch video. and it is necessary to calibrate the gimbal manually whenever I turn on the dron.

I have found that this happens because this motor is positionally wrong and that it is necessary to adjust it manually.

I have uncovered the gimbal and positioning this motor horizontally with the horizontal camera, and it should be solved, but the problem is solved by one or two more on, the third one turns on the problem, the issue becomes more complex when after several Ignited with the problem, the gimbal goes crazy and turns everywhere and never reaches the initial position.

Hi and welcome!

Have a look at some of these results, which I found by using keywords 'gimbal not level' in the search facility here (magnifying glass at top right).

Search Results for Query: gimbal not level | DJI Phantom Drone Forum

The gimbal in the video in the first thread seems to have an identical problem to yours and reading through these search results may give you some ideas on how to fix it.

Good luck!

I think I solved it, it was the axis of the engine that was coming out. I adjusted it then I put it in the correct position, and it seems to have worked, I will fly later and I will tell you if it worked.
