Gimbal jerkiness

I was flying my Plus V3 this evening practicing hand catching and when I started it back up one time the camera was twitching and Jerking. When I powered off and back on again it was fine.

What causes this?

What causes this?

One of the potentiometers was not tracking values properly within the gimbal.

How can I prevent this?

No. But I'm one to assume if it happened once it will happen again.
