gimbal going nuts

Gimbal H3-3D and F2 was going great before i messed up some thing ... I tried up date version 1.0.2.7 for the new battery i just received thats when every thing went wrong how do i undo the problem i have version v3.4 at this point
Help please some

@Graham Yearbury Worst case and I just did it, do a hard reset of your gimbal and update to see if that fixes your issue...Hope this helps Brother
