Gimbal doing strange things on start up

Had this twice now and not sure what to do.

2 times set phantom up, turned her on and the camera starts going up down left right etc quite hard. Makes a right old noise banging itself.

Turn phantom off and restart and it's fine??

What should I do to problem shoot this?

I will try that for sure. Got a feeling I have tried before though.

But I will try now. It's one of these horrible problems that is intermittent

Calibration done. Guess now I'll have to wait lol.

Anyone experienced anything like this??

Worried that it's the start of a problem?

Could also be a battery problem though? I've marked the battery with a dot and see if it's that one which continues to present a problem. I did notice that this particular battery the on / off button is slightly pushed back compared to my other 2 batteries. Only slightly but you can feel a ridge.
