Gimbal dipping before moving upwards

Wondering if anyone has had any issues with their gimbal dipping before it starts upward movement. P3s no crashes but one rough landing. No nd filters attached when it happens. Have calibrated no error messages. Thanks for any input

When you start it up and it does the gimble dance is it OK? If it is.. Then all is working well

Yes everything starts up and works fine. When I roll button to tilt camera up it flops down slightly then moves up to desired degrees.

Maybe the screw that holds the camera is coming loose? Does the camera wiggle?

And as silly as it sounds... You have made sure the ribbon cable is connected firmly? Not just on the camera but inside the phantom too? Not for the faint hearted as it means you have to take off the shell... But if you do... Please be careful.... You can't pull the shell off.... The GPS is stuck on the top on the inside... I never taken one apart before but from what I have learned this is true.
