Gimbal Dial Issue moving Camera Down

Odd issue, just got my Phantom 3 Adv, flown a bit before.. so not totally new to it. When I try to use my dial to pan down.. it is unresponsive. The camera will toggle from "up" and "down" if I customize the C1 or C2 buttons.. and it will also pan both up and down if I use the digital slider in the app..

Also the dial will pan up.. just not down.

Just updated the firmware, any thoughts / suggestions?

Try calibrating the remote controller:

Perfect, thank you. Didnt realize the dial was part of the calibration.
