Gimbal / camera wire protection

Here is the little mod I have done with a small bit of perspex, it weighs in at just a smidge over 1 gram.

Cut to shape, bent and stuck on with double sided tape.

It clears the motors by a couple of mm.

After reading all the problems people having with this little cable thought it best to do something to protect it.

I have also ordered the carbon fibre inbetweeny leg thing as well.

Steve the biggest problem is if you come down hard (or if you land on a stone etc )there is a great danger of the cable being damaged as its the lowest point.
The cable seems to be irreplaceable and a new gimbal/camera is half cost of drone.

There are quite a few discussions on it and did not want to take chance.

I have also ordered the carbon fibre frame that sits between the legs to protect camera as well.
That is made by another member here.
