Gimbal Calibration

You can calibrate the gimbal in the following section of DJI GO:

it's not even showing the camera symbol on my dji4 go app

Please post a screenshot of your DJI GO 4 app.

You won't be able to see that menu item until you connect your Phantom to DJI GO.

I don't have the gimbal option in my menu,it says it's disconnected

You'll need to connect your Phantom before trying to do anything in the DJI GO app.

You should see them when your Phantom is connected to DJI GO and the camera is in photo mode.
