Gimbal Bypass for FPV HUB

I shattered my 3D do to pilot error and am waiting for a replacement.
Is there anyway to bypass the zenmuse gimbal with my Go Pro using the FPV hub with my iOSD mini, AVLB and groundstation datalink?
It looks like it should work but there is not a proper connector....

Unfortunately I can't help You with your problem, but I am looking for people who sent they stuff for repair to DJI.

How long You will wait? How about costs? Does the renovation of gimbal make sense? Because if I have to wait 3 months and pay 300 dollars I will probably buy a new one

I realize, of course, it depends of how gimbal is damaged (my now is exactly like that: http://youtu.be/oNvVqlhOxtw), but I would like to know the general opinions of peoples that successfully (or not) have their gimbal mended.
