Gimbal banging on startup

When I got my new Phantom 4, I noticed that it seems to bang up and down when it first starts up.

I did not see this loud behaviour on my first Phantom 4 (which I had returned for horizon level issues)

Also does any one know, with the phantom off - if you move rotate your camera down to the end and then back up do you hear it scraping on the ribon cable?

Seems like I have replaced my phantom from 1 fault for another (yet the gimbal still being the issue)....

Mine does not bang up and down during startup, but when I rotate the camera up and down by hand while the drone is off, I do hear the ribbon cable making some clicking sounds within the circular cover (cover next to the camera).
