Gimbal arm broke off mid air

When flying today, suddenly the machine behaved very oddly and in the end had a soft crash on grass.
Turns out that the gimbal arm broke off mid air and the camera was dangling in a cable.

Anybody been through this before?
Can you fix it with spare parts or do you need to buy a new gimbal?

Were you filming at the time? If so I'd send the footage to your dealer and ask for a replacement.
