fully charged battery

I keep getting a battery signal error on th go app when I open it.
A/C battery page has, low battery warning 30%,voltage 0.00 V. I just got this back from DJI with new firmware update. Do I need to update battery if so where can I find that update

You probably need to charge it. Or if it's fully charged, do a deep discharge.

Battery updates are contained in the firmware update....if necessary download the latest firmware update from the DJI website, transfer to micro SD card and run it on your Phantom with any batteries you have. (0.00 volts is abnormal!).
