I read so many bad reviews about the IRC 600 with the BP.

SO what about the FS 250MW with the BP and spironet Antenas.

Anyone tried it, how much range?

Many of us use the BP with the IRC600 without issue. Buy the 7 channel version if you are concerned, but I think the later versions of the IRC work very well.

Have not tried the Fat Shark version, but I am sure this will work equally well.

I get 2 kilometers with the FS250mw with the standard antenna on Tx and a cheap chinese panel on the goggles. With the standard antenna I got 1.6 km.

It's just excellent.

Is it true or the goggles have much more range than fpv monitors like the BP

Today I flew to 1.13 miles using a Phantom 2, 250mw FS and a black pearl 32ch SMA monitor. The RTH kicked in so i had to return home...

Pretty happy with results.

I can only speak for the Fatshark Predator V2. They have a better reception than my diversity 32 channel monitor with the same antennas. I would say 30% more distance/range.
