Frustrated Phantom 4

I seem to be having a lot of issues so I am going to join up and ask for help. I suppose I am not unique in that from what I have been reading as a non-member. I just got my unit today, I did some updates and now I can't seem to get my spare battery updated. It doesn't work properly in the Phantom 4 since I updated the unit and the DJI Assistant 2 software doesn't seem to do anything at the moment. I have not yet flown the craft yet, I am taking my time before I actually try to fly. So far it isn't going well. Oh well, I just wanted to introduce myself as a new member and hopefully I will be around a long time. Thanks

Well I discovered a few things today. I am not so frustrated right now. One thing to remember is that DJI Assistant won't work under vmware and it seems you have to refresh the firmware on the aircraft just to update a secondary battery. Blah!
