Friend is looking at a drone to buy- but limited $$$

I myself have a Phantom 2 V2 with gimble (H4-D3). A friend wants to buy a drone but doesnt want to spend more than say $400. I told him there are some Phantoms 2's for about that much (new).

Are there any other drones that are decent and has a video camera?

Not sure about Ebay... no warranty. I think it would be better at a store or Amazon.

if you use paypal you have a warranty also a phantom 3 standard is way better than a p2 you will want one if you fly his if he buys one
