Would you recommend the headplay to others? I've been trying to decide what brand to buy.

I would recommend it-- it has been a great improvement to what the camera is seeing with much clearer detail. It takes a little getting used to but it is not heavy and is comfortable to wear as well as easy to take off if you need to look at the tablet on the controller. I have the FAT Shark HD goggles also, but I prefer the head play.

If they are anything like these then I dont think I will bother. It must be like wearing bucket on your head. HeadPlay HD FPV Headset w/ 32ch 5.8GHz Receiver fit DJI phantom 3

You need a phantom 3 HDMI module.
