Hi:
I want to use a Lilliput monitor such as this one here, what are my TX and RX choices?

Used offers for
Lilliput 664/w 7" IPS Screen 1280x800 5.8ghz Fat Shark Receiver for Hd Fpv Monitor W/sunhood for FPV or Aero Photography 16:9 or 4:3 Adjustable Display Ratio, No Blue Screen Outdoor Works with DJI Phantom Drones Quadcopter By Viviteq INC

Do I need to attached a helical antenna to the Lilliput for better reception? If so, which one?

Saw an example of a Fat Shark installation here, but no helical attenna,.,,,is this an extra?

The Lilliput is a single receiver, so attaching a very directional antenna, such as a helical, to its only input is probably a bad idea. You really need a diversity receiver with at least 2 inputs for that to work well. In addition, while it is an excellent monitor, it does not have a great reputation as a receiver, so if you are looking for long-range FPV you may want to reconsider your strategy.
