Force WiFi Channel 1 on GoPro = no interference?

It just occurred to me that, looking at the WiFi channel frequencies, if you could force the GoPro to Channel 1 when it's WiFi is on, you could set it's frequency the farthest from the DJI transmitter. There would be no overlap in frequencies and technically you should be able to run WiFi on the GoPro without interfering with the Transmitter. Does anyone know if it is possible to force channel 1 on the GoPro (or GoPro app) when the GoPro's WiFi is turned on?

Technically any WiFi channel less than about channel 9 should be ok. In theory. :)

Why would you want to have the wifi turned on?

^^ what he said.

Even if all you wanted to do was frame a shot 30 ft above you (which is about as far as you can count on for gopro wifi range), the lag makes it a pointless exercise.
