It will follow your tablet -- since that is where the GPS receiver is located.

Caution: Don't go into areas where there is limited GPS access like high rise buildings, woods.....

you can use that litchi app to make it follow another phone though. you just link it with your device that's connected to the controller and it will then follow the linked device. we did that with 2 cars, the one being followed in front and the controller in the 2nd car and it worked pretty good going down the road - except we had to keep adjusting the height going up and down hills. its called litchi leash or something like that.

You can use Vertical or Litchi and it will follow an object that you have bracketed on the screen no controller or tablet/phone required.
And it works great.

As far as I know Vertical doesn't actually follow. It tracks the subject you have bracketed, but you have to do the flying.

I read about Vertical so I downloaded it. Gonna try it out end of the week or so.
