Dear all I'm trying to establish the pictures overlapping for a possible mapping surveying.

Can you tell me where can I find the Sw (send it width) and the Fr (Focal lenght) of my P4A ?

The focal length is 8.8 mm. The sensor measures 13.2mm x 8.8mm.
But if you want to do mapping, you don't need this info.
Use an app like DroneDeploy and it does all the calculating for you and flies the grid and controls the camera to capture the overlapping images.
It's much too hard to do yourself.

Thank you Meta, I'm actually using Pix4DCapture and was preparing for a free flight where you have to establish the distance you want to take a picture..

How can I calculate Ground sample size (cm/pix) with this focal length at 8o m flying height?
