Flytrex Live 3G not uploading flights but "last seen" is working

I bought a new flytrex live 3G and installed it today with an h2o wireless SIM card. The last seen feature seems to work great but I flew my phantom 2 vision plus three times today hoping to see the mission upload to my profile on flytrex to no avail...I registered the unit prior to install and I have the green flashing Led on the unit...any ideas why it's not working? I've checked all the settings and connections and seems to be installed correctly and actually working...except there is nothing on flytrex.com! Thanks
