Flying in Budapest,Hungary

I am going to travel to Budapest,Hungary next month and i am thinking of taking my P3A with me.
Is flying legal there or i need permission??
Any Hungarians pilots here?

This is a very complex area and I'm gonna be upfront and say I don't have the answer. However, I believe that EASA is the regulatory body for Europe so you could start there. Their website is in English. I did a search for suv and found a document with what looks to be relevent info but it's in Italian which I don't speak. There may be additional info on the site in English. If I could figure out how to attach it (I use tapatalk) I would. Good luck and safe flying.

I was in Budapest a couple of months ago and saw a little teenager flying a Phantom over the Danube just by the Parliament Building.
