[file]Tom's River AirMap|none[/file]I am planing for a recreational flight in Tom's River, NJ and see 3 airfields listed at my location on airmap but not telephone info avail. A aubsequent online search yield no info on those , what am I supposed to do to contact them prior to my flight? Those seem to be small airstrips (one being for seaplanes), my flight plan is at the intersection of the three, roughly, 5mi away.

Personally, I ignore the Pt Pleasant and Toms River seaplane bases. No one answers or flies out of there... been flying here for 14 years. There used to be a seaplane, but it is no longer there.

Lakewood and Toms River (Miller) are friendly if you call and give your location and altitude your flying at.

There is a seaplane base near my local fly spot. Registered to some baller that owns the plane...I've seen him land there once. I wasn't flying when he landed.
