Just picked up the P4P. Charged the phantom and controller, downloaded DJI assistant 2, opened it , calibrated cameras, and updated firmware on the phantom, then lastlly opened flight simulator.
In flight simulator I can see the values change when I pitch, roll etc, and the actual camera gimbal on the bird moves when I use the camera tilt but as far as the phantom on the screen in the simulator is concerned, my stick inputs do nothing. It just sits there. The motors on the bird react besides the camera.
Did I skip a step?
EDIT: After a little digging it looks like people in the past have had issues using flight simulator when physically in no fly zones but those posts are pretty old. My jimmies are def going to be rustled if that's why it's not working.
