Flashing red light on quad

I am getting flashing red light on my quad after taking off,,saw where it says transmission problem. And another says voltage error. Could that mean my batteries are low

It means battery is low.
but you'll also see it when you're ascending rapidly and the phantom is pulling a big draw from the battery.
if if you're just hovering and not moving and getting the flashing red light = battery low
