I bought the official DJI hood for tablets for my Nexus 7, knowing that the port doesn't line up. I've seen people cut it to extend it, but indeed that goes through the stitching and I suppose over time it'll start tearing wider and not be so great.
I've tried some unsuccessful DYI padding on the bottom side of the tablet to keep it higher up the shade so it DOES line up, but I can't really find anything to keep it sturdy enough.
Any guidance/advice to handle this pairing? What have you guys done?
