Touche! I did not watch the video, but now I have and saw it was taken in full daylight. My apologies. I thought I was replying to someone who was taking video of fireworks. Mea culpa.

You do know that only non-recreational operators flying under Part 107 need night waivers.
recreational operators this does not apply.
