First vid with P3P as shaky as P1

OK i bought this P3P thinking the vids would be stable right off the bat. Not so in the first test - almost as bad as my P1. 4K 24 fps shooting mode. Very frustrated, and broke ... this thing cost a fortune, as you know. Any suggestions as to shooting mode or other ways to improve the initial stability?

This was a MAJOR disappointment on first viewing. I will truly appreciate any help or suggestions.

Do you have any video to show us?
Was it windy? Were you using any filters? Are your props balanced?
Hard to give you a reason if we can't see the source.

I haven't posted a vid before. I'll try the raw vid once I upload it to youtube (I assume that's what I have to do). Thanks.

Probably a daft question, but are you sure you removed the gimbal clamp and the small foam packing piece.....?

Yes. Gimbal boot up check works fine, and I am in follow mode. Vid uploading to youtube now.

Recalibrated and reset everything and started over. Smooth as silk now. Time for an IPA.
