First flight using a DYS Smart 3 axis gimbal

on my Phantom 1.
A rather dull video (sorry) done just as the sun was setting. The gimbal is just as it came out the box and my Phantom is fitted with the stock 8 inch props which are balanced. Still loads of jello and vibration so far particulary when the craft is asending. Some work is needed to iron those out. Any suggestions welcome

I have precisely the same problem and I've been told it's likely that the gimbal's gains are too high. I'm starting with a new SimpleBGC profile tomorrow, come first light.
