Hi I've been using adobe premiere on trial on an old laptop and have just got to grips with it etc but have opted to get a Mac, which arrived today as I only had an ipad ,
Now I need to learn Final Cut Pro, I know there's loads of tutorials on you tube, but just wondered if anyone could tell me quickly is there an effect that's like the "warp stabilisation" from adobe which smooths clips really nice?
Also are there any recommendations for add ons ?

Cheers :?:

If you slect the clip you want to stabilise in your time line and look towards the bottom of the 'Inspector' panel you will see a check box for stablisation and also one for rolling shutter.

In the main you will find your Mac a delight, but there are a few aspects which can be irritating.

Believe it or not you are just a few miles up the road from me!

Have fun with FCP X
