On which page in the assistant software can I find that the Phantom is in the Fcc-mode.

You have two kind of assistant software, one is for Phantom AS and second is for remote controller RC.
Download RC assistant software and you will find FCC CE mode inside

with drone connected, click on button shown to change mode.

I think I misunderstood the question.

When you turn on the transmitter it either beeps once or twice, CE or FCC mode.

I have downloaded the RC software and changed the setting from CE to FCC.
I did this already on the transmitter itself and it beebs twice during startup.

The setting is done from the hole in the back of transmitter.
