Hi again.
I have the Phantom 2 with the iOSD MKII showing telemetry data on my Fatshark Attitude FPV goggles. I'm interested in recording what the goggles see either on my iPhone or laptop (mac)...
Also... I have seen where folks take the telemetry data and use it in Google Earth... I can't seem to find anything on the forum that addresses this (that I can tell)...

Anyway, any help would be great. Thanks for the awesome help with my last problem from ladykate and OI Photography!

This diagram shows the different ways you can view the video from your goggles:

To view/record the feed on your PC or laptop, you'll need a video input adapter like the one shown there in Option #2

You can also use a DVR like the one shown in Option #3, that will save the video to a file on a memory card that you can then play on your PC (and probably your iphone too, I'm not sure). Here's an example of that kind of DVR: http://www.readymaderc.com/store/index. ... ts_id=1204

I don't know of any other way to get the video from the goggles to an iphone, at least not in real time.

The easiest way to get your flight data in to Google Maps is to use an onboard telemetry recorder like Flytrex, which works independent of the iOSD and the data it overlays: http://flytrex.com/
