You don't want your FPV and control signal to be in the same spectrum. Since the fc40 uses 5.8ghz, you might want to consider 2.4ghz for FPV.
I have had no issues with FS Attitude 5.8 and my P2 radio. Been flying this combo for months and much of that 300yrds+ over the Pacific.
