It's unlikely you find many in this forum that flies there because it's 4mi from John Wayne Airport. I suggest you find another area away from a major airport. You might want to try Harriet Weider park in Huntington Beach. There's a nice launch area on a small cliff that overlooks a bunch of wasteland (oilfields) that's safe to fly over. You'll need to crawl in a break in the fence, to the north side of the fence, away from the playground.
Near this park, about 1/2 mile north, there's another place on Overlook drive, that's easy to park and fly from inside the car, if you like doing that. It overlooks the same wasteland area, pretty safe area to fly.
