Extreme Drought - the effects of climate change

I filmed this at the end of September in southern Portugal at a mostly dry dam. We've had no significant rain for more than 1 year now and water reserves are starting to dry out.

While it makes for a great opportunity to capture images that seem to be from a different planet, it does make you wonder about the effects of climate change in people that depend on this water and the impacts on nature.
See the video below. Aerials were shot with a DJI Phantom 3 Standard. My trusty "old" drone is now clocking more than 170km flown over a period of 1 year and half.

Nice video footage. I have a P3 Standard as well and love the video quality. I plan on upgrading to something else at the first of the new year. Part 107 is mine next week.
