Extended landing gear and compass position?

Hi All,

I recently installed extended landing gear, which you should hopefully be able to see in the attached photo. My query is with regards the compass location. I can't move it down so it is oriented the same as it was with the old legs - therefore it is at a slight angle to the craft, which you can see in the image attached.

Is that likely to cause a problem? Does it have to be oriented exactly at 90 degrees from the horizontal? Can I leave it like this, but just run a full calibration and it will know it's new orientation?

Thanks!

No. Please do a search. This has been discussed ad naseum.

P.S. Your top shell is on wrong.
