Hi all,
New to this forum thingy so please forgive me if I don't post this correctly!
I've just purchased a second hand Phantom 3 advanced, I've owned several cheaper drones before but thought I'd go to the next level.
The P3 came with prop guards which I decided to remove, I replaced the screws & fired up the drone only to be shown an ESC error, I removed the screws after some research but still the error!
I've stripped the drone & unsoldered the 4 motors, but still have the error, there is no sign of burn on the motherboard, I repair PCBS for a living so know what to look for, I.e burnt components.
Non of the motors seem to show any damage, any of you guys or girls have any ideas?
I hear a lot of people have done this with the prop guards! I still feel like a plonker though! Any help or advice would be highly appreciated!
James
