Error 29 - constant fast flashing red LED

Hoping someone can shed some light on this. After starting TX and then connecting battery to Phantom I get the following LED sequence. Note: Although it looks yellow in the video the LED is in fact flashing red. This goes on continuously. Prior to this the Phantom was flying fine.

When plugged into the Nazam Assistant software on the PC I am getting 'Error 29' (see image below).
I've recalibrated my controller multiple times and had the top of the Phantom to check cables. Nothing seems untoward in there. Can anyone shed any light on this?

1. What is the position of your TX throttle stick when you plugged in the battery?

2. You may want to rebind the TX to the RX.

3. Are you sure that the pack is full?
