engines won t start p34k hELP pLEASE!

Just purchased new P3 4K! Do the engines lock out when near a no fly zone? If not,I power up the remote,then the P3.I get green on P3 and remote. When I go to CSC,nothing from the engines,very frustrating,My i phone app doesn t recognize any devices incliuding the P3. That s from the DJI Go app, Camera and gimbal go thru it s pacesbut no pic from camera.I had enough problems getting a mini USB converter cable to a female A USB plug,since the P34K s remote only has the mini USB port. Sorry for the long winded post! I took theP3 to another location out in the boondocks but still no luck. Obviously I m a newbie, can anyone help! Thanks, grifstoy PS Obviously this is not an advanced but you guys need to add a prefix for the P34K !

You need to connect your smart device (phone) to the remote using wifi (see remote controller section of the manual). Then you must register your P34K with DJI through the app, and then you can start the engines using the CSC.
