Email address already registered

New to drone flying, friend lent me drone so I downloaded DJI vision app but it keeps saying "email address already registered" and when I try to reset password it says "email address not recognised". So I can't use it at the moment. any ideas?

If it is a Phantom, you should be using the DJI GO4 app.

I would also try YouTube. There is a wealth of information there.

I not good at navigating software. When you bring up the app, make sure you see a picture of the drone you are flying. You have to register as a first time new flyer.

Try to register on DJI.com first, then log into the DJI Vision app. I don't think registering from the old outdated app works and also only use alpha numeric for the password as I don't think it likes special characters in the app. In my case, I just dug out my phantom 2 plus and reset my password.
