Nearly a month ago I "purchased" a DJI Phantom v1.1.1 package from B&H (seen Here).
(if you don't want to go and check it's a Phantom 1.1.1 w/upgraded board, Zenmuse H3-2D, rolling case, and AA battery charger)

The reason I say "purchased" is because even though I ordered it about a month ago, I have still not received it. I later contacted them to inquire about the status of my order and they proceeded to tell me that when I placed my order the H3-2D was "temporarily out of stock." To which at first I just said "OK." I'm generally a patient person and was willing to wait to get a quality product.

Later on after - after much research - I thought that I might like to have the iOSD Mini as part of my setup (as I've already purchased the FatShark Attitude V2 FPV goggles, and the associated 600mW transmitter with upgraded SpiroNET antennas) and was quickly coming to realize that unless I utilized the sarawuth CANBus method that I wouldn't be able to use add the iOSD Mini. While reviewing these things will someone at B&H I wanted to double check the status of the H3-2D to see if it had come in - which is when I saw THIS page telling me that as far as B&H went, the H3-2D was discontinued and the H3-3D would be replacing it. I checked with the product specialist I was speaking with if my order would be upgraded to the H3-3D since the H3-2D was now discontinued. He let me know that that would most likely be the case (you can imagine my excitement when he said this).

So - to my issue (sorry for all of the setup):
#1. Does anyone readily know IF the H3-3D will fit on a Phantom v1.1.1? B&H says yes, but I have my concerns.
#2. Would it be smarter for me to NOT get the upgraded board if I am wanting to add the iOSD Mini? (if I didn't want to do the sarawuth adding of a CANBus port)
#3. If the answer to #2 is YES, can I assume that would mean getting the PMU V2, & Zenmuse GCU in order to install the iOSD Mini? Or could I still use the PMU V2 on the upgraded board to add the iOSD Mini to??

I am so ready to get into the air and have been reading up on the stuff for the last 9 months or so. I already have the props from the P2 the Bu-Bro prop balancer and rod from muscleflex over on rcgroups to balance those self tightening props, all of the necessary FPV gear, extra batteries, and battery tester. I'm just waiting for B&H to figure out what they are going to do. Additionally B&H is closed now through the 22. So if I'm lucky I will get my package before May. But I'm thinking that if I wanted to make changes to my order to include the iOSD Mini, I might be able to until they get the H3-3D figured out.

Again - so sorry for such a long post, I just wanted to put as much info out as possible. Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
